I love food! There, you have it. I love to eat, and a good meal brings me joy all the time. I like to try different kinds of cuisines and eat pretty much everything, not picky.
Ever since I started cooking myself, I learned to appreciate food even more. Especially Chinese food, the one I grew up with. Watching parents and grandparents cooking growing up made my cooking experience so much easier. They never had a recipe book, it seems that they just have everything memorized.
My cooking philosophy is this - Create yummy dishes with fresh produce and minimum ingredients.
